Me too - first order just had a regular 3 for 2 but the second had the brush set so would like to see what happens with that before I ring them up ...

For those of you who have had their card rejected be carefull!!!!!!!!!!!

I have just checked my credit card .... I tried to use it 3 times. It worked the 1st time but rejected on the 2nd and 3 attempt. It has a pending amount of £76.00 which is the amount of the 3 orders not just the 1 that was accepted!!

Oh no! thats shocking, have you phoned your bank to check that the payments have actually been taken? I think the body shop hold the money until the order is despatched, might be worth looking into this if it definately said card not accepted?

Yes 1 order was accepted and the other 2 declined. Got emails to say the card was declined and it also sais rejected on my account. As soon as my 2 accepted orders are dispatched I will be giving them a call!!

I know there are a few ppl here that tried quiet a few more times that me so may be worth checking your accounts x

I don't think it will be taken, it will just have got as far as checking the money's available. The only problem this will cause is if you're already close to the card limit other transactions might not see enough available credit to go ahead. The pending amount should drop off soon.

Edit ... yeah, my available credit is about £120 less than it ought to be ...

On the other hand I paid with my debit card for 1 of the orders and that isnt pending on my account! :rotfl:

Anyone have any idea how long this amount will stay pending for? I'm near to my credit limit and need that £100 to finish off my Christmas shopping! I can't cancel the order online because it has has already been rejected

If you dont have any orders pending hun I would give them a call. If it has been rejected It shouldnt be pending on your card x
