Think we have to pay I'm sure you can return to store but only aslong as they sell the item instore. I tried to return some items from the beauty bargains section and was told they couldn't refund in store as they didn't have it in their till. I ended up just keeping them

i visited my local BS today... they have everything i ordered.. so if they don't send the "FReebies" i will take everything back on tuesday ( hopefully order will arrive monday). will save me sending back 2 orders.

Both my orders tracked through Quidco but no email confirmations and no despatch emails either.

Wont be happy if they dont send the free items as if they are out of stock they should either offer an alternative or the option to cancel rather than only despatch half the order for the same price.

I'm eagerly waiting for tommorow to see if vickitoria gets the brushes before I try another order.

They really should have fixed it by now if they are not going to fulfil these orders.

Surely they wont do that will they? Send out the stuff without the freebies I mean. I love their body butter and am getting three free ones with my order, that's the only reason I placed the order, the other items were a very nice bonus. Wouldn't be at all happy if they don't send the freebies. I'd rather they give us the option to cancel the whole thing.

Unless they refund the price of those freebies :rotfl: :rotfl::rotfl:

I'm gonna have a long wait! lol I haven't had my dispatch email for my order on Tuesday night, so If I get that tomorrow i'll prob not get my dispatch email for last night order till Saturday.

Mine is still saying 'paid' and Y1. Funds are out of my account.
I'm getting a bit nervous about this one, as I ordered from the Body Shop a couple of months back and I got an email right away and the order came withing 3 days.
I'm going to leave it until later on this afternoon and then give them a call. Will report back what they say.

There is a code for a free cranberry body butter for £20 spend on quidco - but it doesn't seem to let you enter any other codes if you use this. Unless I am missing something.

I'm still not allowed to order anything as the 'bank authorisation' is failing on any card on any order, not even non-glitch-filled ones
