Oh no, I can see bodyshop having alot of orders returned if they brushes are missing!

I cant figure out what else it could be to drop it to 6,I'm hoping that the 6 is just a mistake and they really meant 8

I'm not holding my breath now. I need my first order which I didn't order any brushes (didn't know about the most expensive free then) but the 2nd one I ordered 4 makeup bags & 2 brush rolls & free body butter - I don't really need. Thought they would just cancel the order rather than part send it lol :rotfl:

lol, that was my thinking too re them cancelling... I rarely shop at body shop as I just cant justify their prices at the moment, but this made great deals for xmas pressies, fingers crossed... I hope im in when they deliver and if not I hope they leave it with a neighbour rather than taking it back with them

Hi, does anyone know how how the Body Shop oline ordering process works, in particular how do you know when your order will arrive?

I have made two orders:
- no email message from the BS for either order (yet?)
- online order status is "paid"
- each item's status is "Y1"

The BS website indicates an email confirmation is sent immediately but some people have said their order arrived without an email being sent.

I didn't receive an email confirmation of order, just a "dispatched" email with an estimated delivery date.

Do we have to pay for postage to return the items or is it for free ? i am preparing myself... i hope they do send us all our goodies !
