They had a 4%,then a 3% and now a 3.5%,could be 3.75% next.
It looks like they`re still seeking funds.

I very much doubt they will offer 3.75% as 3.5% should bring in plenty of money given the rates available elsewhere.0

You can never tell what they`d do,the 4% lasted 1 day then withdrawn.
Once they`ve got the required amount they close it and bring out another.
I would guess rates wouldn`t move too far from where they are until after the GE.0 -
