Beckton is one of them, not sure where the others are. Their stuff is HEAVILY reduced

Ooh talking of Outlets...was at the Excel the last three days and it's very near the Beckton Outlet store which is next to a Next Outlet store, I spent 4800 points at the Beckton Store...the reductions are great...they had the usual reductions on the baby clothes...same as most branches...but lots of discontinued products reduced by 75%. I got two yoga mats with carry covers for £5 each, botanics clear mascara for £1, jewellery from £1 to £3. The large Toni and Guy shampoo and conditioners ...that were 2 for £7 (Glitch) a few months back...were £2.00 each! (Didn't go for these...still got some from before), also lots of sanctuary products starting at 50p for the mini bottles going up to £2.50 for the large tubs of body scrub. Botanics nail varnish for 50p, botanics essential oil burners for £1....if you go down to London- Docklands...it's worth checking this place out..;)

Please could someone advice me of teh instore returns policy for boots. If I order something online but want to return in store could I get a credit note ? And further more could that credit note be spent online ?

Boots at Mell Square Solihull had a McClaren stroller half price on friday £35 instead of £70. Kicked myself for not getting it so rushed there this morning and it was still there!!!!:T

Whilst waiting to pay they were reducing lots of kids clothes to £2.00 and £1.00 - managed to get a two zip up tops £2.00 instead of £9.00 and two short and t-shirt sets for £2.00 each. There was a pair of osh kosh jeans but they had been put aside for someone!!! They had quite a bit left and some of it had only just been unpacked. May be nationwide!

in my experience the refund is made by payment method, ie back to the credit/debit card

a shop issued credit note wouldnt be valid online, i dont think?

also, in theory you CAN return to store, but in reality I couldnt.

maybe others have had more luck? I think it depends on the store/SA involved
