The idea Seakay posted is a great one, my mum has been doing this for years - making really personalised gift baskets.

Another one is nail polish remover = if you're gentle, you can often remove the marker pen...

Will give it a go! Thanks :D
  • My Boots store in Exeter not only has loads of kids clothes for a pound (upstairs and on the far left side of the store) but they also have all adult swimwear for a pound. the best bargain by far though is all their christmas gift tags are 5p and all their christmas gift bags are 1p!!! This is by the side of the clothes in front of the tills upstairs. I got a whole bag full and spent

  • Does anyone have an email for Boots I can't find it on the website. I have been in today and they haven't added all the points I was entitled too. I should have got triple points on the Huggies nappies and wipes I bought and an extra 150 with the parenting club voucher for buying the wipes but it hasn't been added. I phoned the store but the lady says as I haven't got the voucher (the SA took it off me as they usually do) I can't prove I was entitled to the extra points. Please help.
Hi thanks to everyone for the advice I recieved. I emailed CS straight away and i got an email back yesterday. They have given me the 138 points I was due and an extra 1000 to say sorry for the way I was treated on the phone. :j
I am delighted as normally I would have just not bothered complaining for fear of embarresment I know better now. Thank you
  • Hi there I have a voucher for Buy One Get One Free on Mediterranean products and a voucher for a FREE product upto £5 from the Mediterranean Pregnancy range.
Does anyone know if I can use the BOGOF voucher on the pregnancy range so I am getting two free products?
I have used a voucher for a FREE baby moisteriser and as it was on BOGOF I got them both for free but I'm not sure if it will work with the BOGOF voucher. Hope you understand all this and can help.
    Thank you

Which boots is that?? And does it have a large selection of toys???

I live up near Barnstaple, so I was wondering if it's worth travelling down to Exeter to spend my points on chrissie pressies for the kids???

    Many thanks.
  • anyone tried the T&G 2 for £7 yet to see if we can get biggies like last years shampoo?
  • Does anybody know if the No. 7 free product worth £16.50 voucher works on the xmas gift sets.

Hi, It's the Boots on the main shopping road opposite Virgin Megastores (before Debenhams). After all I have read on here about bargain toys I searched to find anything reduced but I didn't even find one toy. They did have a huge selection of toys though and the majority were on 3 for 2. A few rarer (these days) toys like the Lazy Town ones.
There was still a fair bit to choose from in the bargain clothes and gift tags / bags though but obviously this was on Saturday so I don't know what the situation would be today.
    Good luck!
