Also to let you know...boots clearance stores are probably few and far between, they are usually located at main work areas like Nottingham Head Office and usually are for staff.

Also the items are seconds! Although you will pick up some good bargains as some of the items have nothing wrong with them but because they are part of a faulty batch they get thrown in.

There's nothing wrong with the product when I say faulty its just the packaging has screwed up so they cant exactly stock them on the shelves. Not nice presentation!

Hope that clears things up. I'll try and maybe get in touch with my friends at boots and see if they can shed some light on where these "seconds" stores are....if they exist!

my guess is that they are starting to get ready for christmas.
watch out for bargains - a lot of stuff gets reduced to clear the stockroom at this time of year

Credit due to barginunter too, IMO. I wouldn't have read abdulinyourface's post if barginunter hadn't posted a link to it. There are far too many boards and threads on this forum for me to read all of them, and personally I clicked on the thanks button on both barginunter's and abdulinyourface's posts as I found they were both helpful!

Anyone had a pampering treatment yet?

I've received my pampering booklet today, which gives lists of towns/cities where each treatment is available, together with a booking form and the treatment voucher at the back.

You complete the booking form, with treatment required and desired town (no exact venues given), together with your phone number. They apparently telephone you to discuss the treatment and arrange an appointment. You just take along the voucher to the appointment.

I've sent mine off today (for an aromatherapy massage), so I'll report back when I've had it. Mind you, it could be a wait - I need to find some child-free time!!!

Brochure looks very, very inviting.

please i really dont want to get into another argument with someone else about this point.

the little face rolling around laughing.....means it was a joke. its not to take the thunder away from your post mentioning mine, which is appreciated, and it certainly isnt to big myself up to get thanks.

do you really think i would have spent about an hour up until midnight posting my original post just for a few thanks?? its to help everyone! not personal gain. ive revealed a lot of information which some of it could be classed as sensitive so i am sticking my neck out on the line here to help the people of this site. i didnt have to, but i chose to.

i am seriously considering not posting anymore on this site because a lot of people cant seem to understand a joke when it is a joke and think im begging to get thanks votes.
