Well everyone....I'm still here!!!! I made it!!!!!:D
I got home yesterday (wednesday) at about 12ish dinner time. Apparently the surgery went well apart from a little unexpected bleeding at the end that had to be fixed. I felt like I'd been kicked in the stomach by something very large when I came roundWas dosed up on morphine until Tuesday morning but that didn't seem to even take the edge off the pain. Once my morphine drip was taken away I was given paracetamol  Hello...I've just had major surgery and all you're giving me is paracetamol???
Oh well I got through it and am glad to be home. I should get my results in about 2 weeks or sooner, my surgeon is hopeful that he got it all but we will just have to wait and see.
I know I keep saying it but I appreciate all your kind words and good wishes. Thanks everyone.:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0 -
if you're still in pain you can buy pills from chemists that contain codeine or dihydrocodeine in addition to the paracetamol. makes you sleepy though. glad you're okay *HUGS*52% tight0

Thanks jellyhead I'll bear it in mind. I'm trying not to take too many pain killers because I don't want to have to rely on them, I'm trying to do without and only take them when I have to. Once I'm either on my feet or sitting down the pain goes away after about a minute, its just the movement of getting up and down again thats painful.
I have so got to lose weight though because I have no idea how I would cope with a great big c-section scar when the four little cuts I have at the moment are bad enough:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0 -
I send you hugs and special thoughts from across the miles, you are a very brave lady. Keep smiling and try to continue to see the sunshine in your life as you go through this trying time. You will make it, stay strong and positive.
