Perhaps a minimalist Christmas theme this year??
MoamAlthough no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.... life is a WIP.

Soappie what your DD did is amazing, hopefully soon she will realise that. I am a trained first aider and every time I do a top up course it gets me thinking would I be able to put into practice everything that I have learnt? I am not sure and hopefully will never find out and I think most trained people would agree. Your DD in the heat of the moment knew exactly what to do and when faced with a hurdle was obviously calm enough to improvise. If she hadn't done anything then maybe when the ambulance arrived they might not have been able to take him away alive. Hopefully she will feel better tomorrow, she has done a wonderful thing preserving someone's life. Hopefully he will get well and maybe send thanks, that may then help her to coe to terms with it. If she doesn't sleep well on it then maybe chatting to someone who has been through it will help. Although I do not know your DD I am very proud of what she managed to do, there are so many people ready to look the other way that it is refreshing to here of someone doing such a selfless act.MFW 2025 No. 7 £600/£1200

Evening all
I'm a bit out of the loop this week, not to say behind with the flying! Opera last night was good but I had a headache which didn't want to shift and was very tired. Had a bit of a lie in this morning (only til 7.30 but every little helps!)
I got my blood test results and it's negative for coeliac disease, i'm really pleased about that. Have to go and see the Dr anyway to see if any intolerance showed up and with ttc it's good to chat with them anyway i think. I've been to the docs more times since I moved here than I did in five and a half years in my previous town!! I've just made an online appointment for Tuesday, 9.30am which is later than I'd like but only one with the Dr I really like and I've decided I work hard enough and have plenty of flexi time owing so I'll put myself first for once rather than work!
Plan tomorrow is to do a walk, as long as it's not pouring down, we have 3 more walks to finish on the Thames path and the aim is to do it before the end of 2009.
DH still very much behind us ttc, think as you all said it must've been a big wobble as he was thinking to much.
Anyway, feel like I'm waffling, will try and catch up a bit and hope to get some more stars before the end of the weekend! Must hang up the bedding (last week's!) before bed and reload the wm for tomorrow.Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0
