Mudbath

Lol crafty - I was wondering how long it would be before De.Nat was introduced to the great peg debate!

I've just stuck photos in Jinky (the reindeer's) book. Tonight he was photographed bum sticking out of a packet of crisps (I had to eat the crisps or it would have been a waste!). He's also been photographed looking up the chimney to see if Father Christmas is on his way yet. He also keeps hiding little chocolates round the house (all above stripe's gob height!!).

I am off to declutter some bath oil. I've managed to get some plain oil so I can add my own aromatherapy oils - a bit of geranium and frankincense tonight.

Only three more sleeps before I go away. I feel sooooooooo grown up going away on a school night!

Right, quick 7 in 7 and i'm off for a bath.

Night, night. Mind the bed bugs don't nip you on the bum! xx

PS Tootles - I'll trust that you know how much you can do before you overdo it. We all, much to your annoyance I'm sure, worry about you so please humour us and......

TBH I have no idea where she might be able to go, but there must be someone who is concerned with the rights of the children and who can help her sort this out - a third party seems a good idea so that a. they know how her mother is behaving and b. there can't be any kind of insinuation that you and DH have been trying to influence her decision. Mind you, all things being equal, I suspect that at the moment you and DH would have preferred it if she'd been happy living with her mum

I suppose I should stop sitting in front of the laptop and get on with things. Washing needs to go in TD, kitchen needs tidying and breakfast/lunch need making for tomorrow.

Oh yes, and I need to prepare for my call...

Its not so much knowing when to stop its more a case of my condition catches me out unexpectedly and I am not trying to be funny here - I do something one week and then the next week I am struggling with it or its something very simple and easy and I am out of breath and yet I can go and do something that maybe I shouldnt (not telling you what!!) and I manage fine - ther is no pattern - maybe not the right word - its not consistent! so very frustrating at times!!!

but thank you all for your concern and I will take it on board !!!:D:happyhear please dont be worrying about me!

on that note i will go and get my list and then go to bed !!!

It's difficult not to worry about you when we can see things on your list that remind us you won't always be around to nag us so we want you to look after yourself so that you're here for as long as possible. I don't want to be morbid about it, as you're so positive about it yourself, but we need you, and just occasionally we worry that you're going to wear yourself out faster than is absolutely necessary.

I've emptied the kitchen bin, put the recycling out, put the washing in the TD and made my breakfast and lunch for tomorrow. CBA to wait until the TD finishes... but I know if I don't the washing will be very creased... I guess I'll see how it is by the time I'm ready for bed. Maybe I can hang it over the ironing board ready to deal with when I get back.

I really have to get up on time tomorrow, and I haven't been very good at it recently

Monday- Living room, hall
Level one
Clear floors of clutter and vacuum them
Make time for yourself!! Half an hour of peace!
Level Two
Wipe sofas
Vacuum under furniture you can safely move.. I don't want any hurt backs!
Level Three
Dust and deweb allthose corners and electrical appliances and shelves.. etc
Clear mantel and put back only what should be up there!
Wipe and water plants
Extras
Wash any soft furnishing that need it
Start wrapping presents!!!! If you haven't already!
Binbag dance..
Tuesday ~ Kitchen of Grot
Level One
[STRIKE] Declutter and mop/vacuum the floors
Find and wipe the worksurfaces[/STRIKE]
Level Two
Wipe the big appliances [STRIKE]and units[/STRIKE].. don't forget kickboards!
[STRIKE]Wipe small appliances and replace.. do one thoroughly.. descale or decrumb or degunge![/STRIKE]
Clear and wipe a shelf or window sill
Level Three
Wipe the table and replace the cloth if necessary.
Sort through and clean out one cupboard
[STRIKE]Clean the oven and hob.. [/STRIKE]
Extras
Clean out the fridge.. [STRIKE]make use of anything almost past its best [/STRIKE]
Wash the windows
Dust and Deweb
Wednesday ~ Master Bedroom
Level One
Declutter the carpets remnants to the bin
Level Two
Binbag dance
Level Three
Sort the airing cupboard/linen store/towel cupboard.. is there anything past its best? PDSA/animal charities often are desperate for such things!
Extras
Ring someone [STRIKE]you love [/STRIKE]who you've not spoken to in a while! that would be toxic then :eek:
Write up the christmas cards and get them ready to post!

Wrap more pressies!!
and i also cleaned the windows before the cutains went up

Dejunk pc desk!

Wipe all paintwork

The Police said they would go and knock on the doors and ask if anyone knew anything about it. If they find any information they will let me know ( unless someone confesses it's very unlikely they will ) They also said they'd get the Community Support Officer to patrol. She came just after they left and was there again at School run time. Whilst they were here there was a car parked where i was yesterday but further out than i was.
