At a meeting of creditors held on 5 January 2011 B & C Associates were appointed as Liquidators of Central Ticketing Limited.
For some months prior to this staff had been provided with paperwork to use in the name of Concept Parking Services.
My partner worked for Central Ticketing for 3 years; he received a telephone call on 22 December advising him he no longer worked there. He received a payslip but no monies were received. His colleagues have been unaffected and have never been notified of any impending redundancies etc.
Anyone with outstanding tickets in the name of Central Ticketing Limited should follow that company's procedure and IGNORE THEM.0 -

You didn't come on here to say ignore the tickets when your partner worked there, strange that !
Ignore CPS one's too.0 -

What difference does that make? she is now and that is it! These people ticketing cars are doing a job they are employed for, we may not agree with it, but they are paying taxes, and contributing to the country by doing so, also they put grub on the table for their family!Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -

So what you are saying is, is that it's ok to extort money out of law abiding citizen's for three year's?
Lose your job, then in a fit of pique/spite she come's on here, after probably reading this same forum for the past 3 year's, and thinking how wrong we were, and denounce her partner's ex-employer's !
They probably hate them now as much as we do. Tough.

Hi ,
I have just received 2 Parking Charge Notices from excel parking for the same day date and time of my so called offence both of them quoting different reference numbers .
I was at work when my partner rang to inform me of the arrival of my so called parking fines , i will admit to being a little worried about having to pay out £60 at first then i decided to do a little research on the matter and found this website .
I must say i'm so glad that i have read all the posts on this thread and im now not going to pay these people any money at all.
So i would just like to say a big THANK YOU to this site and the people on it for providing the information and support to others so that we are more aware of people like these.0 -
I had a ticket on 25th Feb from Excel for staying in a carpark for over 2 hours. I have read some posts but haven't had the time to read them all.
So am I right in saying I shouldn't be paying this. I remember hearing something about illegal clamping by these sort of companies but are the tickets illegal too?0 -

The tickets are not illegal as such. They are actually a speculative invoice which you are not obliged to pay. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
