Just a quick update with regards to the Excel ticket I received back in August, I have received a couple of red, threatening letters from both Excel and from Graham White solicitors, but I've not heard anything for quite a while now...so it seems (fingers crossed) that you were right! Thanks for your advice and support everyone !
Has anybody had any dealings with a company called CPS (Concept Parking Services)? I haven't been able find anything on this site as of yet.
Thanks again all
A new one on me but there appears to be a site being upgraded here

they use 0845 numbers also.0 -
The company was incorporated in March 2009 and having had registered offices in the Midlands now sports one in Wimpole Street. They registered with the ICO in March 2010 so may only recently have hit the road. They are, of course, members of the AOS. The inevitable conclusion that the coincidence of initials and location of the business suggests (i.e. that it may be a Perky phoenix of some sort) is NOT borne out by enquiries.
However. A job advert (from Edinburgh) - May be seen here - provides what would seem to be a clear and tangible link with Central Ticketing Ltd or at least that is how I would interpret the request that any application for the advertised post at Concept Parking Services be sent to <name omitted>@central-ticketing.com. Central Ticketing and Concept Parking share the same webhost/designer and coincidentally had the same registered office for some while in Birmingham. My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
So another one jumping on the bandwagon, hoping for a quick buck then. Will they be ethical?, will their invoices be enforceable (not)?0

Notice how the applicant has to use own car, in case a victim gets stroppy I assumeI'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Well you could always use DVLA to find RK details and send him an invoice:rotfl:0 -

The question underlying this is why this is necessary at all?My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).

Probably added commuting, as in commuting to the car park....0 -
I think not. Concept Parking Services would appear to be another incarnation of Central Ticketing or at least to have budded off from it in some way, shape or form. Not the first example of seemingly independent parking companies sharing a common base.
The question underlying this is why this is necessary at all?
Thank you for the info!
What are Central Ticketing like when it comes to following through with tickets? Assuming they are in fact the same company, or linked in some way, i'm just wondering what to do with this CPS ticket, ignore?0 -
"following through" is an apt phrase for these companies. It doesn't matter where there from they are all just as unenforceable and toothless as each other. Carry on ignoring!0
