Someone has to benefit from this offer, if the offer isn't honoured then Sir B would have made thousands from ticket sales from people taking up his offer? Not pointing it out to be patronising just slightly ingenious on Virgin's part I would say, theres a reason why he's a billionaire and I'm on here :laugh:Comping wishlist for 2017

May I be the first to say that my quidco now says tracking £0.00 for my train ticket. Well Sir B, I for one have had issues with service on Virgin Trains and genuinely thought this offer was to 'bring in' customers and thought it was an incentive for people to give you another go. I also find it strange that as they claim it was an error whether that be quidco's or virgin themselves, that no contact has been made to customers to explain and no refunds offered. I was under the impression that once a transaction was completed under the terms agreed it would be breeching the contract to then remove the offer? Perhaps I am wrong and may I be humbled if so, but I was right, Sir B has made a tidy profit with a clever ruse... us money savers are suckers for a good deal, hats off to you...Comping wishlist for 2017

One of mine says tracked 0.00 (it was 5.00), and the other is still tracked 5.00, The Topcashback is still showing at 4.04.
Time will tell if we get it.I Hate Jobsworths!!!0 -
Unless you were using this on a 40p ticket or whatever this is a rubbish offer. I was checking train prices for December travel with Virgin (because of the offer) and the East Midland train websites. The journey I wanted cost £34 with EMT and £90 with Virgin. Same journey details. What rhubarb from Virgin.0

I recently booked 10 tickets, each would normally cost me £5 but with the offer did get me the tickets rather naughtily for free. It isnt my usual method of transport but I thought what the hell I'll try the train over the xmas period instead of driving.
Saving me time/petrol/parking. Upon looking @ Quidco I find them have rescinded the previous offer and nullified all the earnings from this offer. Now putting me out of pocket of £50 for the tickets.
Now, knowing the offer wasnt going to be upheld or honored I would have been reluctant to use this method of transport and feel slightly cheated into buying the tickets.
If there not honoring there end of the offer then what would be my options in regard to getting a refund?
Cheers in advance0
