One of mine says tracked 0.00 (it was 5.00), and the other is still tracked 5.00, The Topcashback is still showing at 4.04.
Time will tell if we get it.
Mine too has changed to tracked at £0, I only bought one 40p ticket so not too bothered BUT i did absoloutley nothing wrong in taking up this offer and did not 'abuse' their system by taking up an offer of cashback with no minimum spend so I think its a bit of a joke that they are not now paying out!! Surely it's on their head to get their smallprint right and if they fail to do that then its their mistake NOT MINE.

I agree.
Booked £90 quids worth of tickets the day before this appeared on Quidco so my 40p ticket was my way of trying to get something that by sheer bad timing I missed out on. You win some you lose some...Long time lurker...0 -

My 3 transactions have all been reduced to 0 too, would have been a bonus if they had paid out but this was a mighty rip off we have actually parted with cash to buy these tickets, quick to take back the cashback but probably not so with a refund.Competition wins - 09/03 - £500 ELC Vouchers 11/04 - Lush Goodies 21/04 - Gillette Fusion Gift Pack 22/05 - Mirrors DVD 29/05 - Return Flights to London & £500 29/05 - £50 Homebase Gift Vouchers 20/09 - Remote Control Helicopter 28/09 - £225 Bingo Win 05/10 £25 Photobox Vouchers 16/09 £90 Cash 30/11 £29 Cash 03/01 £20 03/04 Fifa Football :T0

I recently booked 10 tickets, each would normally cost me £5 but with the offer did get me the tickets rather naughtily for free. It isnt my usual method of transport but I thought what the hell I'll try the train over the xmas period instead of driving.
Saving me time/petrol/parking. Upon looking @ Quidco I find them have rescinded the previous offer and nullified all the earnings from this offer. Now putting me out of pocket of £50 for the tickets.
Now, knowing the offer wasnt going to be upheld or honored I would have been reluctant to use this method of transport and feel slightly cheated into buying the tickets.
If there not honoring there end of the offer then what would be my options in regard to getting a refund?
Cheers in advance
If tickets you purchased were advance, then they are refundable subject to a £10 charge per ticket! Your only option is to either catch the train or throw them away!:beer:In My 'Permanant' Pre-Masters Gap Year

All but one of my transactions are now tracking at 0. At least one is left, for now. And the ticket is suspended until tomorrow now.

I think Virgin has conned us all here. I don't really mind losing out on the 40p I spent, but Virgin has made a very tidy profit with the combined spending of all the MSErs who took this up. If they think they made a mistake with this (and it has to be because no one broke any of the cashback rules but were still denied the cashback) I think they should offer to refund us all and cancel our tickets but no, they keep the money and take away our cashback too. LOL, they are the Moneysavers in this deal!0

Ive had 2 mobiles with them for me and the wife which went out of contract almost 2 months ago, if they do decide to continue what there doing regards the cashback they lost 2*£30 a month contracts out of spite. I think ill just going check Skys offer on HD while im feeling aggravated...0

OMG alittlebitofmagic, they sound totally mad!0

Can anyone tell me if the new terms and conditions of the virgin trains deal refers to the price of the ticket or the total in the basket - quidco seems to be saying both!0
