    Sorry yes, my point was just that her attitude towards others' has undoubtably caused people to feel the need to respond to her in the way they/we have.

    Fair enough, but feeling the need to do something is different from actually doing it. I quite often feel the need to scream at my boss when she comes around and says, "You're doing really well but..." and rattles off a list of thing that need improving that I couldn't do if my life depended on it, but I haven't done so far. We're all mature adults here, sometimes we come across people who make us angry but we just had to let it go. If she's cheating the system, sooner or later, she'll get caught. But in the meantime, I'm sure we have enough problems of our own to worry about without focusing on hers too.
