Got pulled over for running a red light, now lost my producer!!!

As I am aware, the summons to court is not for running a red light, it is for failing to produce, a completely different thing. If you don't produce your docs and pay the fine, then the next stage comes in.

Yes thats true. However I have produced my documents but they won't accept them without a producer, so I want to settle everything but there is no way that I can. I have exhauseted all avenues so I get my fate lies in the hands of the court now.

No you haven't. Try taking some of the advice given and go back to the station named in the producer, preferably with a witness, and get them to deal with it again, explain to them if it does go to court you want evidence that you did indeed produce your documents as required. Do not leave the station until you have some form of written evidence that you were there.

Glad to see your spelling gives anyone reading a hint as to your intellectual abilities. Hot wheels are a make of toy car popular with immature kiddies, so I was sure you must have some.

Be sure and come back here for advice when you conveniently lose the citation and the court issues a warrant for your arrest won’t you.

Perhaps if you spent more time looking where you are going and less poncing about in front of a mirror you wouldn’t be in this mess..

My GF was on sleepover shift last night – she works with special needs adults so you may have met her. We are going to the gym together tonight though so I will put your kind offer to her she could do with a laugh after a long shift.

An amber light means STOP! It does not mean speed up! Deliberately driving through an amber/red light makes you an UNSAFE driver. I suggest you get a copy of the Highway Code, read it and obey it!

Should ratio deciendi prove not to go in my favour and the doctrine of judicial precident cites that I am in fact guilty and justice would be served with the revocation of my "Free air" I will be sure to come back here and whine a little more, for the pure satisfaction of satisfying your little man syndrome.

I will take your advice on board and stop admiring my handsome looks in the mirror when driving. Perhaps if I get a motorbike and put a helmet over my head that may be easier to achieve. I know it helps your wife in the bedroom if you wear your helmet. How do I know? Well as you say we have met before but not in the special needs clinic if you know what I mean. I'd like to bed that these nights she is working overnight may just be an ideal excuse to spend the night with a real man. :beer:

Thanks again for this suggestion. I have taken it on board and appreciate your post. It is the most constuctive on here. I am at uni full time now until the weekend so I won't be able to do it until then. I do think it's is sound advice and just to make sure I will put it to my Law lecturer tomorrow and see if she agrees or if she has any additional comments to make. It certainly wouldn't do any harm to go back with a witness.
