Cheers, it's now sorted. Was watching snooker when I posted that lol.

    No it's not!...as I thought a motorcyclist doesn't know the difference between a cue and a queue:-

I travel to work everyday over the Forth Road Bridge and every morning a cue builds up as you approach the bridge during the morning commute.

Thanks, Yeah I understand that, but please don't get me wrong, I don't make a habbit of running red lights or even speeding for that matter. I do believe I am a safe driver. Yes it can be fatal when people run red lights. The difference for me is that the roads were gridlocked anyway. And it wasn't blatantly on red it was red for less than a second. However it in an offence and it was wrong. I was satisfied with my punishment. And it was at my own fault the producer got lost. But the fact that I will have to go to court over it is what frustrates me. I can not afford court costs as a student. And in relation to my GF's car, they didn't even take fingerprints. They didn'y even visit her or anything. To me that is wrong. I am going to court and whoever broke into the car will continue to break into cars and will never get caught cos the police dont even try.

Better a court than an inquest. Who nominated you to determine what traffic laws are safe and unsafe to flout by the way? If someone T-boned you at a roundabout when they were jumping a red would you still claim from their insurance for the damage? I'm guessing you would. I think your biggest concern seems not to be the consequences of such wreckless actions but more that scrambling for an extra two or three places in a traffic queue did not have it's desired effects of getting you to your destination a whole two minutes earlier but in expense and inconvenience. You clearly have NOT learned anything by your experience and as such are likely to re-offend.

Maybe the snooker is still on. The op is not a motor cyclist by the way.

You only have to stop for a constable in uniform, remember this next time.

after all it could be anyone inside and there is no legal obligation to stop unless there is a uniformed police constable inside.
