These extracts from Police websites talks about lost producers...

Seems you can produce documents at any Police Station (not just the one nominated) and you can produce the documents even if you have lost the producer!

Maybe you need to check the website for your local Police and see what it says?
  • I have sympathy with the OP.
The Police are more interested in stopping drivers to make a quick buck.
I had a Police traffic car reverse out of a pub car park without lights on, nearly causing me to plough into him. I had the kids in the car and when I got on the horn at him and shuck my head, he decided to pull me up and give me a talking to, even though he was in the wrong!

Same driver then overtook traffic on solid white lines without sirens or blues on. I tried making a complaint but his station werent interested.

My sister was also robbed at gunpoint at her own home recently. What have the Police done? You've got it, nothing.

    I hope everything works out.

    I don't.

And as OP has yet to come back, one ponders the reason why?
  • Most probably has been back, but after reading the post can't be bothered to reply.

So are you suggesting that they shouldn't pull over drivers who are driving eratically?

SO your proposition is that police should only pull over people for minor crimes if they have caught a murderer/arsonist/rapist that day.

It doesnt matter which way you put it, anybody who breaks the law deserves to be punished!!

So you broke the law got caught, lost the documents and it's the police's fault???? I instantly lose sympathy when people think they should be treated differently from the rest of the population. Do the crime do the time or pay the fine but don't come moaning when it's your fault (or your girlfriend's) that you have to go to court. And saying shouldn't the police be looking for real criminals does you no credit either, where are they supposed to look ?

    Don't you mean:

"One of the characters murdered HER partner and built a new patio over the site of HIS unmarked grave"?
No genuinely didn't know or care, just got it the wrong way round.

I think he totally deserved it, anyway my offer still stands - he can come to our bike rally in August and see how his bull poop goes down there. It's not the running the red light but his pathetic little attempts to justify it and denigrate the police for bothering him. he's a prime oxygen thief in my opinion.

Oh man! Us drivers don't need to be accountable for riders deaths as the riders do a pretty good job of doing that on their own! lol

Bikers ride like absolute !!!!!!! In, and out, sneaking through traffic, crossing solid white lines to gain 5 mins time in a que. Serves them right if they want to kill themselves......nowt to do with us ;)
  • One ponders whether OP is up agin the beak this fine morn.
