Ha, try getting over 5MPH in any car over M6 motorway Island in Walsall any time the day. C5 or Porche lolIf you wish in this world to advance, your merits you're bound to enhance; You must stir it and stump it, and blow your own trumpet, or trust me, you haven't a chance.0 -

He without sin cast the first stone. Perhaps the poor bikers who met an unfortunate end were going slighltly over the speed limit themselves so don't beat me with a stick. I in fact was witness to a biker who got killed by a police man who pulled out on him. And yes I sped up to get over the lights from 2 MPH to 5MPH, I don't think that would kill anybody. Especiaally as the lights were on a gridlocked motorway island where nobody was driving over 5 MPH. So get off your high horses and stop preaching like you're something special. !!!!!!!!!!
I was just about to try and help you. But I'm not going to bother now.I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0 -

Thank's
I think it could be a reference to you having posted the producer and not knowing where. I seem to remember that from an earlier post. Just looked, it's in the first post. This is an open forum, anyone can post and I just did !0 -
Interestingly the 'girlfriend' has now disappeared.
Am I the only one who thinks this is a wind up?I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0 -

under the patio, fancy being sent to court for a real reasonIf you wish in this world to advance, your merits you're bound to enhance; You must stir it and stump it, and blow your own trumpet, or trust me, you haven't a chance.0

Why is it always a wind up if someone isn't waiting to reply instantly to a post?
Actually, I don't mean she has disappeared as in 'logged off'.
I mean that she appeared as a newbie, made one post, and then in the time it took for the next poster to quote her and reply (a few minutes) both the poster and her post have completely vanished.I'm a retired employment solicitor. Amber means you should stop.
I had someone run into the back of me because I stopped at a red light. two cars ahead of me went through on red. that's two cars after the one that ran the amber light. the muppet behind me decided he was going to run the red light as well.
I've got little sympathy for people who run amber lights, let alone accelerate to try to beat them. The only time I'll go through an amber light is if I think the road conditions are such that I cannot safely stop before the line. that means for most practical purposes when I'm around a car-length or less short of the line and the road is wet. And if there's an idiot tailgating me and he runs into the back then it's not my problem.
Amber lights are not for accelerating through. Maybe the next time you run a red light you'll get charged with careless driving. is it worth the risk?0
