Stale bread is best for bread puddings:beer:I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

I chucked a salad dressing that went off in June 2006 and an English mustard that went off in October 2006. Also, 2 slices of left over roast beef that was cooked last Sunday and forgot to freeze itLeason learnt :beer:0 -
Just binned some green beans & half a loaf of (reduced) bread - was out a lot more (working extra at 2nd job where they feed me) than I expected so overbought a bit on the fresh food, managed to salvage most of it though so not too bad.
Definatly throwing away a lot less since joining these boards!0
