  • At least they have lost billions in unenforceable agreements lol! Long may they continue, the more that know about how to send a CCA & SAR into your lender the better!
  • Well if they comitted suicide their debts would be written off, problem solved

You really are one sick individual. BTW most companies will still chase a debt with the family. I sincerely hope no-one close to you (if you have anyone) is in the unfortunate situation no longer being able to cope.
  • Why not stop the bank;s allowing people to go overdrawn in the first place;unless you;v asked for that facility ?

  • Tensions are high & tempers are frayed, i think that fresh air is needed by all, take a deep breath & ponder for a while.

This is far from over from the consumers point of view, we will have our day, maybe not now but, one day soon!

Let the dust settle & the people with the knowledge to scrutinise the ruling & then lets just see. Keep smiling all is not lost.

And Ive just reported this.... You sick, sick, person. I sincerely hope that neither you nor a loved one never encounter a situation where you feel suicide is the only option.

I hope your mother is suitably ashamed of the sad pathetic excuse for a human she has raised.
  • Oh no, my heart goes out to him and I hope he somehow manages to regain his business and financial stability in the near future. I know the stomach wrenching feeling your dad must be suffering now - I am facing possible bankruptcy and losing my business and all I've worked for for years because my former partner is trying to claim it all (we didn't have a signed agreement). I'm waiting for a court judgement on it - so today's Supreme Court decision on OFT v Banks doesn't give me much confidence in the judges. Good luck to your dad in the future ...

Blimey. This forum has taken a dive whilst I was away. Is it now the done thing to report every post that you don't like? I can't imagine how many posts the mods get every day from people choosing to take offence at things which don't concern them.

You think so, do they pay well ?

Got to admit if I had someone on end of phone saying they wanted to end it I would probarly just advise they are timewasting and wanting attention - get themselves together there are people out there who are not self pittying and need help so if they want to jump just do it, but dont hurt anyone else when doing it.

Not into any of that volunteering rubbish, leave that to the hippies and do gooders who want to do something in a vain attempt to justify their existance.

with that attitude you dont desrve a job in mcdonalds :mad::mad:
