Jill.. I'd let the coach know what is going on and suggest they do a group talk session on being mean to one another. It isn't about being the best at something it is about joining in, feeling you belong and enjoying it... and that is what the coach should try to get across. failing that the coach should speak to the parents of the child involved so they are aware it is going on. Any halfway decnt human being of a coach should be able to sort this without embarrassment or upset.

I've knitted the body and head of my Yuletide gnome and am about to cast on his legs.. then I am having a cuppa and going to bed.. it said it is possible to make one of these in a week, I think I'll have mine made within 24 hours! lol

best sort my alarm if I am to get these to school in the morning.

    Morning ladies!
Pigpen, Toots and Soappie many thanks as always thankyou.gif

LadyL - kiss.gif Hope you had a fabulous time with your son honey. My laptop was out of action all day yesterday - the wireless wasn't working. Finally got the drivers sorted etc about 2300 just as I hit the sack.
    Rosepink - hugs.gif
Soappie and Greenbee - I hope you are looking after those ankles.
Zoe - oh you poor thing - hope you feel better soon hon
Grateful - Please rest, drink plenty and take care of yourself
Jinky my lil friend - smooch.gif UNPACK the car!! You haven't officially moved in til your knickers are in his draws..smile_tongue.gif
Sexymouse - huge huge hugs for you honey - will be sending positive vibes your way all day.
Toots hugs.gif Please remember to rest..
JillD - I was going to pretty much say what Pigpen did - get the coach onside to talk to them all without specifics and just see if that helps at all. Plus a reminder from him that team work is about encouragement and not putting one another down might help other team members too.

Morning Diva honey, hope you are well

:( I can't get to sleep .....good morning to those who are 'awake' now.....

Oh well, today is being stabbed day, checked the calendar earlier....I wonder if that is why I can't sleep as I dislike needles....hmmm

Right off back to lay on the bed while I wait for the munchkins to emerge from their pits. Uniforms all out ready etc. Think I am being dragged to a reptiles shop tomorrow, DPs got his eyes on extending our reptile collection (I knew I shouldn't have let him go to get Woody's new thermostat!) got his eyes on Chameleons and Geckos....
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200

    Morning gang,

Off to work in a bit so no flying for me til later. Really must get on top of things here though as the whole place is beginning to look like a disaster!!:o

Off subject - DD1 cut mine and DD2's hair last night. She's not a trained hairdresser but did an absolutely fab job on both of us :j:j..........and saved me about £30 to boot!!:j:j I'm trying to encourage her to go to college and train properly as she obviously has a flair for it...............but no, it bores her:rolleyes:

Anyway............I notice the my peg pal Valli was on a mini recruitment drive last night. Go Valli!!:T And, welcome to all newbies!

Right must dash. Catch you all later and please, please, please nag, nag, and nag me some more this week. I really must get this place up to scratch.

Welcome Pink and tc3061. Hope you enjoy being here and remember to take baby steps. Oh and in your first weeks everything takes longer so dont expect to keep up with the thread its harder work than the flying sometimes with this chatty lot :D

I don't know how I'm going to keep up with the housework and this thread but I'll do my best to do both. :D

TC, mamashaz, ashia and candyblue :hello: I'm glad I'm not the only newbie this week...good luck to you all!
Vanilla, JillD and sexymouse, I haven't had a chance to read back properly but I'm sorry that you're having problems, I hope things get better soon.
    Greenbee, that cake looks fabulous!

Thanks to everyone, especially toots, for the lovely welcome. :A I suppose I'd better stop faffing around and get on with my list, at least the kitchen isn't a bad one to start with as I keep on top of it most of the time but piles of papers have been gathering that need going through. I'm going to attempt level three but I'm not sure if I'll actually manage to achieve it.

wash windows and any other glass.
I'm changing crockery cupboard for food cupboard as that needs more urgent attention.

    Extras for today/this week

Clean out the fireplace and lay the fire for tonight
Send parcel to dd who's away at uni
Sort out paper piles in kitchen
    Take ds to football practice
Make something out of leftover roast beef for tea

Ok, I'd better make a start. Have a good day everyone.

    Hi,

I would really like to join you all. .....

So I'm now looking forward to a pro-active week and maybe feeling a bit more houseproud this time next week.

    tc3061

Welcome tc30 - I'll give you a *tree so people know you're new :xmastree:

But the only shoes I have that fit over the bandage are either my (pink) uggs or catepillar boots... which one do you think would be most suitable in the office :p

Go for the pink! I'm lucky, my office shoes have velcro straps so they still fit. Hope you managed to sleep in the end. It was quite rough here last night and I woke up a couple of times to hear the rain lashing on the window.

Oh, Wow, AnW's, you took me right back to my childhood there - I haven't heard of a Beetle drive for years!

Jilld - hugs - I'd do what the others suggested

Office again today. I shall have to be strong and find ways to manage the utter boredom.
