I have a ford galaxy and wouldnt recommend them to anyone. The aircon unit is kaput, the engine blew up just out of warranty, it costs me a fortune in diesel and it doesnt do anything for my image although its great for camping and shipping the kids about and doing the shopping.

    Morning ladies!

usflag.gifHappy Thanksgiving to any American friends reading this!
Jinkymy lil ball of scrumptiousness - smooch.gif
LadyL - kiss.gif . It is my pleasure to be here for you and I wish I could do more. And we all hate that getting around is so hard for you.
Perhaps we could all come round and 'pimp your ride'.. Spray paint it your favourite metallic colour.. stick on beads and diamantes spelling out Lady Liberty across the back... Attach a row of pegs (all one colour of course!) along the top of the back (to keep all your peg obsessed friends happy) and with it being the season for it, some fairy lights. Of course it would have a large bicycle horn so you can warn people to get out of the way and extra wide arms which open up and inside one are ready mixed G & Ts and emergency bars of chocolate and in the other a very long boxing glove on a spring (a la Tom and Jerry) activated by a large red button of course, so if someone is really annoying you, you can 'help' them out of the way? Oh and underneath the seat one of those blue lights that glows as you move along.giggle.gif
Rosepink - Great news on the money!
Jinky my lil ball of scrumptiousness - smooch.gif
    Mummyslittleboy - welcome hon!
Toots - Please remember to rest..
Pigpen - This past year for their birthdays I sent money or vouchers but I really want to be able to do something different for Christmas, even if I have to just leave it on the doorstep. I have made a note of the suggestions, thank you.
Sexymouse, Carol and AnWs thinking of you all.
lil-me - The reason I haven't seen them for two years is that their mother and grandmother fell out with me three years ago and have erased me from their lives. Before that they were spending three weekends a month with me.. then after we fell out I was allowed to see them every sunday for about a year ad then two years ago no access at all. But thank you for the ideas.
Dustykitten - thank you hon, I am on my way there to take a peek.
carlsberggal - I am sorry you were disappointed in your ex, hon but to be frank, you cannot control how someone else will act and if he just wants to throw money and not time then at least he is doing SOMETHING. You need to stop stressing about what he may or may not do and just focus on your daughter, he isn't worth the energy. The actual father and your daughter are the ones that will sort things out now with your wonderful support of course. You are a great mum and will be a great Granma too I am sure.
Rach - Will send positive vibes out for your husband today.
Vanilla - if all else fails, demand a DNA test.. then it will all be over.
Ok, to stop this post being reams long, I will split it up..
