i was charged also. Before using this number, I email voda and asked them to confirm whther this number was included in my inclusive mins. They replyed and confirmed that it was as it was a mobile number. However they charged me 24p. After complaining to them by email, they removed the charge plus £1.00.:p

its been posted few times here that o2 orange & t-mobile do not charge...

but 3 will & vodafone may charge & also may refund/credit charges upon complaint.

i use 02 & t-mob and have never been charged [about 750 mobthly minutes i got]

'cause of the tariff, i asked. i take it as long as youve got x-net mins, it matters not which underlying tariff u are on

Has anyone been successful using simply-fone 07744 9743333 access number to call overseas? Particularlly Gambia.

I have tried several times to call Gambia, but each time I dialled the access number, then the Gambian number with 00220 Int code, then press the # key, all I then get is: this call will now disconnect.

I have written to Simply-fone, who kindly replied telling me that they will re-route the number and for me to try in 30 minutes. This I did and have done over a period of several days, but to date, I still cannot access Gambia using this number via my TMobile. Can anyone help me please.

i use that number a lot & its very ggood.

i one had problem to nigeria but i called them & it was corected & since then 's been excellent. If u email them again im sure theyll sort it.

I just made two calls to Gambia & both went thru great!!
one didnt but when i tried on BT it was also engaged so.....
