i.e. if i use it from orange payg, will it still work as if i'm calling an orange no.
thanks!
07744 numbers are not Orange Dialling Codes they are from a company called Dolphin now defunct, they are only beneficial if you are calling intl destinations. They are only any good if you can dial them from contract phones out of your inclusive x net minutes,or payg phones with bolt ons,eg O2.
You can use them from payg phones or landlines but it would cost you an arm and a leg.On Orange Payg at least 35p a minute x-net call. Why do you want to use it when calling another Orange phone.PF.0 -
If I helped or saved you money - Thank me
If I helped you spend some money - spank me
If I done both - :lipsrseal me:eek:0 -
Yes you can use it from those networks but look at the costs.(These costs would apply whatever 07744 supplier you used).
1.Virgin PAYG you would be charged at 35p a minute cross network call.Unless you have a contract where it might come out of your cross network minutes.
2.Eaymobile would be 15p a min.
3.Tesco would be 20p a minute or 15p depending on what tariff you are on.
4.O2 contracts only with cross network minutes.Or possibly with payg bolt ons of inclusive minutes. On payg you would be charged as a cross network call 40p a minute.
5.Since yesterday Orange Contracts with cross network minutes allow it.on payg you would be charged for a cross net call 35p.
As i said before the yourcallworld site is misleading. It should tell you what the true charges are from payg phones,as it tells you can use it from themPF.0 -
Just a thought on the original Tesco Tariff you might be able to register an 07744 number as a friend and get your calls down to 10p a minute.PF.0
