I've been hoping all day that she has turned up, very sorry to see your post that she is still missing. Still keeping my fingers crossed that she turns up safe and sound, I hope she is just making the most of her new found freedom and once she gets bored, she will come home to you. If she comes home while you're at work, is there any way she can get in? Would you know if she had tried today? Don't give up and keep looking, I hope your other cat isn't missing her too much either.

I wouldn't try using the harness unless your other cat is used to one already. Like picklepick says, they can easily squirm out of them. Ours did once when we moved, fortunately we caught her before she had a chance to leg it.

Fingers and toes all crossed for you.

Leah really hope your kitty shows up, very verve wracking. Have you contacted local vets within a good distance? People might live two streets from you but their vet could be further away iykwim? Every vets you can get, ask them for an email address and send her pics to them. Also postmen are good to get a pic to as they see all. Just keep trying, and i shall keep my fingers crossed for you xx

We thought we had her earlier, some kids said they had seen her but when bf went to check it wasn't her.:( At least it shows people are seeing the posters.
Have contacted rescue centres but not vets so will do that tonight when I finish work.

Just desperate to have her home, the house is so quiet without her. Im just trying to stay positive at the moment & hope she's curled up nice and warm somewhere.

My cat went missing earlier this year, got her back after three days after a call from a vet's practice who had a call from a person who had found a cat who would not clear off and was begging to be let in she relented at night and put her up for the night, and the following morning I went round to pick her up after the call from the vets so don't give up hope all is not lost.

awww was hoping she would be back now! saw the pic hun - she is adorable and a dead ringer for my old cat timmy!!! except he had a white tip to his tail! just wondering whether he managed to roam as far as cardiff and met up with missys granny! dont give up hope hun, at least the local kids are looking for her.
that was good suggestion about posties - could you put up a poster in their sorting office do you think? just in case she has gone onto another posties round?

I will drive down to the sorting office tomorrow on my lunch hour and ask if I can put a poster up there, will only take me a few mins from work. I have also phoned & emailed all of the vets in the area and given them Missy's details so fingers crossed!

I had emptied litter tray on the grass on sunday when she went missing but with all the rain I would guess the scent has gone from that so am going to empty out my hoover there tonight (neighbours will love me) to see if that gives her the scent of home. Im going to stay in now until about 11/12pm and go out then when it is quieter in the hope that she feels brave enough to come out if she hears me call. As there are so many people and cars around this time that I think even if she did hear me she may be too afraid.

Im staying positive though, have been trying visualization techniques (felt like an idiot but desperate times call for desperate measures). I've just got to get my Missy back so Im not giving up!

keep us posted Leah and good luck! If she hears your voice she should miaow and let you know if she is stuck. My wee cat used to get stuck in a building site all the time and when I called she would miaow the distressed miaow. Have you got posters up in local shops too? Really hoping for you xx I can understand how upset you are
