    We had corned beef hash tonight, and I made up enough mash for tuna fishcakes tomorrow :)

    Then it'll be a casserole which should last us two days.

    Also, fab ideas for the kievs! I thought they would be a lost cause!

    Apologies for not being more specific with my list, I'm new to this, I can appreciate it would be difficult without amounts!

    ...Broccoli and eggs ? I have cheese etc etc but main prob is too many eggs and a bit of broc thats going off. For tea tonight if anybody has any ideas :D

    cook the broccoli until its nearly done along with any other veg you need to use up, peel and mash some potatoes and put the beaten eggs into them instead of butter/milk. Mix the veg through the mash and make them into patties, then lightly fry them (a few minutes each side). Serve with salad, rice or on their own (nice with a bit of gravy or sweet chilli sauce).

    Nooo not brave when it comes to cooking !!arghhh nooo, nothing comes out right !
    I like the mashed tattie/veg cakes...and I like the quiche for tomorrow, thank you! I have a flan case (ready made from Sainsbugs, I am such a bad OSer!!) so I can do that tomorrow. xxx ty!
