Hi Mardatha-no- kept an eye on it and stirred it every so often ,it was cooking on high for about 5hrs and i checked it every 3/4 hr,at the end i put a circle of grease proof paper on to stop it getting a skin as kids don't like that.Your cooker maybe hotter/faster than mine? it was absolutely delicious though and enough for me to have some at lunch ;-D
I may do more and use it instead of buying muller rice !"Sealed Pot challenge" member No 1099 2011/£26.00:j

Back to it after my pizza breakdown. Night before last was a homemade ready meal of chicken and courgettes in a tomato sauce, thet was from the freezer, served with penne. Then last night, seeing as there was so much leftover, I layered it with a cheese sauce and turned it into a pasta bake.
OH is off to Puerto Rico today, supposedly on business, but I'm sure he'll have a little time to enjoy his beach side hotel, all on expenses!!! We're left a home with King Prawn Massala, a bargain I picked up before christmas for 25p.0
