Store cupboard challenge

My freezer situation is starting to get desperate - my meat order is arriving in 2 weeks and I have nowhere near enough room for it yet - so I sat down last night and put together a meal plan for the next two weeks using only stuff from the freezer, plus veg from my veg box. At the end of that I should have enough room to fill the freezer up again. (That doesn't make much sense, does it? Oh well, you know what I mean, I hope!)
Tonight's dinner is beef and ale stew, so a half-pack of stewing steak has come out of the freezer for that. (On my meal plan it was going to be steak and ale pie, but I really want to try Xspender's butterscotch upside down cake, and I couldn't manage pie and cake in one meal (not without regretting it, anyway!))
Back after a very long break!0 -

As I've not bought tinned tomatoes for a couple of months, and we eat a lot of tomato-based sauces, imagine how many I had at the end of the summer
