Favourite in our house has to be veg stew done in the pressure cooker.
Potatoes, onion, carrots, leek, tin of red kidney beans, tin of tomatoes, swede, parsnip and a couple of oxo cubes and seasoning. Served with dumplings that are cooked in the stew during final stage. Night after add a tin of value baked beans and serve with pancakes. Third night place in a pie dish and make a pastry lid and l' voila! Resurrection Pie!!!The best bargains are priceless!!!!!!!!!! :T :T :T0 -

Toad in the hole. Quick, easy, always got the ingrediants (so long as you make it egg-free!), and its easy to cook a meat one in one dish and a veggie one in another dish!0

OK so I've found this thread and have realised just how much I have in my cupboards! :j
I have LOADS of tomato soup that I inherited when my partner moved in with me about a year ago. I have no clue what to do with it! I use chicken soup for cooking chicken in the oven and sometimes on pasta but I'm not too keen on tomato soup and find it too much if I put it on pasta.
Any ideas??
PS - like a lot of others on here...... I have about 10 tins of tuna..... why do we do that?!?!?!2012 wins approx £11,000 including 5k to spend on a holiday :j0 -

I have loads of tuna as well handy stock cupboard item for when you have nothing in and need to make sarnies. But if you want to use it up.
Tuna can be used in a pasta sauce. How about making a flan with out the pastry.
1 X tin of tuna
2 X eggs
Milk.
Mix together and then put in dish and cook in the oven. Not sure of the temp or the time. But is just needs to sets and cook through and get slightly brown on the top.
Very yummy cut in slices with a salad. Or jacket pot or both.

Because it's much cheaper when they sell the packs of 4 tins on BOGOF so we stock up on it... at least that's my excuse anyway
As the weather is hotting up lately, how about tuna and pasta salads? Add a bit of sweetcorn and chopped peppers/onions or whatever and a simple dressing, and it's great either on it's own or with a green salad"An Ye Harm None, Do What Ye Will"
