I have 3 pkts of sausages in the freezer. One Lincolnshire, one fat reduced, one just sausages. We don't really LIKE sausages :rotfl: I need ideas please, on how to cook them/hide them/disguise them !:D0

Squeeze them out of their casings and make meatballs or stuffing with them? Sausage rolls?0

At xmas my hubby always makes a load of extra stuffing and puts it in a loaf tin so that we have a meat loaf as well. I would take sausages out of skins, chop some onions, mushrooms , add some eggs, seasoning and then put in a loaf tin to bake. If it needs bulking up you could add some bread crumbs.0
