Just phoned Capital One to find out what my limit is (I'm impatient lol) and it's £100 with a 34.94% APR.

Was hoping it would be £200 to start so I'd have more of a chance of ditching Vanquis sooner.

Oh well, better than a decline I suppose

I'll fill out the marketing rubbish they sent me then, with a mobile and leave landline blank - online it wouldn't let me do that but I'll do it on paper and see what happens I guess...

Want to try for Tesco first. I'm going to send this Vanquis one then wait 2 days and apply for Tesco... hope they don't see each others searches....

Yea it's going ok, it's just the next week that really scares me. It's 4 games a day but 2 sessions of 2 at once... don't know if I'll pick 1 and try to maximise profit from that, or switch between them (last time I tried that for PL final day it didn't work too well). Problem is it's getting increasingly dodgy, any mistakes now could be vital... before you could recover but not now... something stupid like Under 2.5 and Over 3 (as I did the other day) leaves you losing the lot if it is 3....:eek:

Just emailed Vanquis to find out when I last applied, asked them about the mobile thing too, see what the official line on it is, hopefully they stick a note on my account or something (as I'm already on their system)

just send back the form that vanquis send you then wait and see ive not had a football bet up yet in the world cup :rotfl::rotfl:

I need to check the date though, to make sure 6 months is up, otherwise I just waste another search and another 6 months. I'm in line for a load of loyalty bonuses, and I'm racking up the reward points because of the sheer number of bets - but the funny thing is I'm the least loyal person around, I go for the odds not the bookmaker! :rotfl:

Anyone that gives the best odds! I've got about 20 odd accounts. I get entered into a variety of monthly prize draws because of the number of bets and have a load of freebets and gifts pending . Take advantage of the offers, especially the World Cup ones!

As for Coral, they've stopped their cashback now apparently, gutted about that... you only get 10% of your net losses per month, but the losses you don't plan for in the individual bets (as you win elsewhere so never actually "lose") - so I never expected cashback at first, when I got the email through telling me it had been credited, I thought oh it'll only be like £3, then I checked and remembered I'd "lost" a £700 bet there.... result!!!

Hey Still evening for me, I haven't been to sleep! No point now! Was it you that told me about Vanquis? Haha probably not, no idea, but just gonna ask everyone, search doesn't seem to like me - just throws up a load of random unrelated stuff!
