My husband Lee received one without asking in month 6,his rating is perfect though, and started off with a limit of £1500,now up to £6700.

If Next carry on the way they normally do that £6,700 will be up and down like a hooker's panties! One month it might be £500 and the next £10,000 then £1,000 the mother after that... Next are (reportedly) odd like that...

I find that a credit limit of £6700 for a clothes shop is ridiculous,if your husband had any sense he would ask them to lower his limit.

.....So you went a got a Leeds credit card instead with three times more credit on it than Vanquis gave you. That makes a lot of sense Star-Bar. :rotfl:

Well actually yes it does make sense changing a credit card from 55% apr to a 6.9% LOB card, and even on my vanquis i never went anywhere near my limits, and never plan to..
You obviously don't come on these forums often do you simon..

My Burtons card once went from £200 to £1200, now back down to £400, cause I didn't use it for over a year.

What i was saying is having a credit limit of £6700 in bl0ody clothes shop is absolutely ridiculous, not saying anyone would be stupid enough to go anywhere near that limit, but if they did they would be little bit thick..
