I crashed my motorcycle today and the brakes are totally messed up so there will be a costly addition to my credit card balance within the next few days. The garage is picking it up in an hour.

Tore the skin off my elbow, which isn't a pretty sight.

I'm completely !!!!!!ed without transport, especially with it being so close to christmas.
    Oh dear! Not good!! :(

Yeah I'm fine, nothing vodka won't fix. :D

It's my bike I'm worried about LOL.
    lol @ Vodka bit :rotfl:

Hope the bill isn't too expensive!

Endsleigh have agreed to replace my lost phone, got the excess charged to my card, so won't be paying that until Feb (by which time I'll probably have lost the new phone!). Hopefully it's arriving tomorrow! :)
  • How long have you had the card for and how do you run your account?

Had it since may, use it infrequently however have left a small balance on it on two ocassions, just to let them earn a bit of interest

No I'm not (I wish I was now)! and I have a massive excess of £500 so any repairs will have to go on the credit card.

The garage took my bike away and said it might not be fixed until next year. I told them to do whatever they can to get it fixed before christmas because I'll be needing it on christmas day. They said they'll call tomorrow and give me the news.

Shouldn't cost too much to get the brakes fixed. The brakes are the only obvious problem but I've told them to give the whole bike a proper inspection and fix anything that crops up.

I maxed my card out every month and cleared it by DD. £200 is good for me, I got in trouble with £750 Citi Platinum so £200 is a nice level to have it at. :)
