I have a uni project to submit by midnight and I've only just started it. Urgh, I should have paid a friend to do it for me.

yeah See what you mean mate.
oh well ive cancelled it now.
its weird 2 years ago i would of jumped on the chance of that card though with 24.9%..dont know what cards you have proliant but honestly mate if you got accepted for a card at 17.9% apr £3500 limit and 3 weeks later a card offers you £750 24.9 you would think b0llocks to them..

Simple, use the card only for emergencies or set up direct debit for the FULL amount....that way APR doesn't matter...as long of course you pay in FULL.

Midnight for a project that you've just started now!?

I thought me leaving the 1,500 words til the last day (I wasn't going to do it then decided I better!) was leaving it late! Only woke up at 11 that day :p It was due at 6, did some until 12, then did some on the train (15mins) then did most of it in my 2 hour lecture that afternoon, then had to rush back for 6 to submit it :rotfl:

LOL I submitted it but it was largely incomplete, I only need a few marks to get the grade I want so hopefully my incomplete project will do just that. I need 60% to pass the subject and so far I have 51% lol.

If not, then I'll get an opportunity to do the whole subject again in June but it'll cost. :D

I hate it. It wouldn't be so bad if I was studying a subject I enjoy but I rather hate programming now and lost interest in it.

I guess I could change but don't fancy starting at the bottom again.

Thank you for your American Express Card application

Your Platinum Cashback Credit Card application is being finalised

Thank you for applying for the Platinum Cashback Credit Card. We do try to give everyone an instant decision on their application, but it's not always possible. Unfortunately we are unable to give you a final decision today.

We just need to do a few extra checks before your application can be processed and we will let you know the final decision within the next 10 working days.

Its better reply than last years straight decline..
