  • I tried applying for a RBS credit card, and recently I’ve been getting approved for full current accounts, Tesco credit card, so thought RBS next stage.

I got a referral however I got some reply saying due to them being a responsible lender, I may have been turned down due to credit score, or information held on some national database thing.

Now I checked my credit report before I applied, only the default which is nearly three years old in 2 weeks, so I tried applying for sgyma cards, got declined by flybe, accepted on silver, have I now got a cifa registered against me?

As I never have ever seen a reply saying something along the lines of information held on national something or the other

    Help urgently needed¬!!!!!!

    NEVER IN DOUBT??
She LEFT me, she LIED, and she made me foot the BILL !
  • this thread is going sygma crazy! Please be aware that when this thread last went sygma crazy, with card approvals, approx 2 years ago, it was then replaced with cifas's for many!:eek:

You are not clear there. Do you mean National Hunter? If you have been accepted for a silver card, then i would have thought you don't have any CIFAS registered against you.

With what knowledge of a so called super decline are you refering to?

My previous post was with from an experiance, ie applied in JAN for FLYBE card, instant decline! Applied in MARCH for SILVER card, instant acceptance:j:j, also OH applied for EVERTON card in JAN, (another SYGMA product) got an instant decline! Applied in MARCH for SILVER card, got reffered and then accepted!:j:j

Don't be so quick to defend the NIDDY, he's a BIG BIG boy lurking around thanking your post!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Jesus not you again - I thought we'd got rid of you last time......

Learn to spell experience before you try and refer to it in context, there's a good [STRIKE]boy[/STRIKE] troll.

I guarantee you if you applied in January and were declined, then applied again in March - you would have been super declined, as you do not meet the main criteria, i.e. applying again within a certain period. Now, having spoken to them myself they confirmed that you should wait 3 months before applying, after a decline, however Flybe stipulates 6 months. Upon questioning, the member of staff I spoke to said well maybe it is best to wait 6 months but definitely wait 3 months.

So, on to your CIFAS "claim". You are aware I was the one that fought the sygma cifas and got it removed, last year? Basically, if you have any Equifax mis-match they will always add a CIFAS (cat4) without fail, until you contact them and provide proof you are who you say you are. Ergo, if you say you've worked at Joe Bloggs garage for 10 years when you apply in January, but then say you've worked there for 8 years when you reapply in July, you'd get a CIFAS. Easy to get removed, direct from Creation.

I don't know what your problem is but I think you'll find people on here tend to stick to facts, not opinions from some idiot with an even bigger idiotic username.

Don't be so keen to defend the Niddy - over what? Facts?

    Muppet! Go away - there's a good boy! :rotfl::rotfl:
    :o 2010 - year of the troll :o

Niddy - Over & Out

I thought they were the same cifas and NH?

Was accepted for that sygma card, tried RBS and after a referal was told about National Hunter database, as well as credit rating, and other information held and then something about national hunter.

I wish I kept the reply, I’m confused!
