I wish I never closed my Citibank account a few years back but their customer service was diabolical. Every time I rang I spoke to someone in bloody Bangalore

Yea I thought it was odd, would be nice if they'd actually put the money up though :mad:

Although I guess it may be a good thing to have a limit, as £550 combined isn't *too* much, it's more the fact that I've got 2 cards that will get rejected, not the amount of money available!

Good Idea you have barclaycard and Sigma now so Aqua and Vanquis are not needed.

Advice please! This is the response from Callcredit regarding the incorrect link addresses I do not believe this to be correct can someone please advise:

Can you also confirm that I currently have no adverse showing on my credit file?
The telephone number I have been issued by CC is incorrect, could I please have a valid telephone number to contact callcredit.
I would also request that any notice of corrections currently on my report are removed and no further notice of corrections added.
As previously requested if someone could contact me on my mobil X this would be greatly appreciated

I am writing further to your recent dispute about your credit report.
After investigation, I can confirm that there is no link to 1X present on your report and no further action is necessary.
However, we are currently in the process of investigation the validity of the link to 1X with T-Mobile on your behalf. Once we have received a response from them, we will contact you to advise of any action we may be taking.
