The women on the phone said that a payee had been setup in my account so they banned me from online banking to protect me, as it means I've got the zbot virus (and she gave the 2 alternative names for it). I'm pretty sure I haven't, but better scan etc to make sure!

 So anyone who sets up a payee is automatically banned and has the zBot virus?

    What a load of tripe!

Give it a scan with Super anti spyware; that mutha will even go some way toward clearing the dreaded Vundomondo (that was a b!tch to remove a while back I can tell you... ended up doing a DBAN and reinstall)

Exactly! Although maybe they have had a lot of cases of it using certain accounts, and the payee that was setup on mine matched one of the suspected accounts? Either way I didn't set it up, so if one really was setup then something dodgy is going on!

Haha, I get 2 a year and need to have a look through before I apply for stuff again (although if I've been removed from the electoral roll then I won't get anything for a long time!), but leaving it as late as possible to check them over. I'm thinking of getting them at the start of June, that way I can dispute anything and it should be sorted for my app spree in Aug....

Oh dear you've just reminded me! I ordered computer stuff for one of my friends (she doesn't have a clue so I just said I'd sort it for her!), it's probably arriving Thurs/Fri.....I never checked the post Thursday, whoops! :p

I'm off to try and get a transfer tomorrow (I have to go to another campus for some strange reason), I think it'll be bad news, almost 100% certain, but I've decided if/when they say no then I'll just make sure my last few months here are awesome!! :D. Then I'm off to football Saturday, that should be a laugh, first class on the train again because it was cheaper.....gutted at the selection though, last time I was 1st class and they asked what complimentary things I wanted I tried for Vodka, Red Bull and Coke/Sprite.... apparently the only choices are tea, coffee or water (in a pathetically small bottle!!). If they offered vodka/red bull I think my ticket would have paid for itself several times over just on the way there :rotfl:

A different full scan just finished.....again no result

Ok I am really annoyed, and its funny, as yet again NID appears to be right....

After my problems with JD Williams group, and missing parcels, then them reducing my credit limit etc, I made another payment on Tuesday, which took me below my limit (I had £51 of available credit) I tried to place an order for £48 and my order was cancelled....so I called up today, and was basically told that ‘due to the economic climate’ bla bla bla! The attitude of the woman in credit control was appalling. She basically said that they review the account every 28 days, and this 28 days I cannot make any orders....I asked her why they would give me a credit limit and not allow me to use it....she then tried to pull the old ‘monthly feed from CRA has suggest late payments, I said well that a lie as ALL my payments have been on time since September, she said we go back a year, I said well thats funny as I didn’t have any credit before September, she suggested I send in a copy of my credit file if there was nothing on there, I said there is, but only what you already know from when you searched me, however I have ZERO missed payments in past year, she then said, oh, well every account is reviewed on a monthly basis...etc etc! She then basically hung up on me....

So I called back, advised I am going to the FSA (and I told them I know that it costs them £300+ to deal with a complaint with the FSA) and I also advised I am going to SAR them....

What I would like to know is, if I say JD Williams Group, will it give me ALL info on EVERY account held with them?

Sorry about the essay and rant but I am so annoyed!

I am annoyed as I feel that they are penalising me for the actions of their courier company....I told them if there is any detramential information on my Credit Report that is due to no fault of my own then they are liable, she agreed!

I really am going to SAR them, I am not going to put up with this, I feel like they are accusing me of fraud!!
