If that was the only reason why they declined then I can't see why they wouldn't accept when they review the decision. I really wanted that card too, not bothered about the limit, just wanted the extra clubcard points so I could exchange to airmiles. We’ve had to remove your signature. I phoned Tesco to ask why I haven't got my card yet. They said they had to decline because of the notice of correction that was on my file, when I was disputing a linked address MBNA added.
I told them it was removed now so they want me to send them the email from Experian and a credit report. Now they'll see all of the lovely searches and probably decline because of that.Bank Accounts - Barlcays Premier[/B] - £1000 o/d, HSBC - £200 o/d- First Direct - £500

Got a reply from HSD, expected it really but thought it was worth a shot!
"I am sorry to say that we are unable to make any exceptions with respect to customers first orders being delivered to their home address.....must have their first order delivered to the registered address on their account for security reasons."
"Your order for the following items has already been despatched to your home address therefore we would not be able to amend this anyway. These items were despatched on 28/11 by courier and will be delivered within 5 - 7 working days. The delivery method is automatically selected as courier and if a courier is not available then Royal Mail will be used therefore you can not select to have orders sent by Royal Mail if a courier operates in your area.
Please accept my apologies and if I can be of any further assistance please contact me."0 -

However in the 26th I called and paid the amound spent on my last statement (£189) - she said this will not hit my account until the 1st Dec - wil they report back to CRA that I paid in full or just the minimum? Also will I pay interest next month?
Cheers
They will report that you paid the full amount, they don't update the CRA's the same day as payment is made or you can cheat the system (for instance cancel the DD the day before so it shows as a credit but later debits again).....
I'd not worry too much about this reporting anyway, it doesn't really matter that much - to beat the system simply pay minimum via DD and the day after pay an extra £10 or whatever to make the update read as paying extra (than the minimum)...2010 - year of the troll

Yeah I fully understand. The woman on the phone specifically said "you were declined because of the NOC", perhaps she may have got her words wrong but if they still decline after me sending my credit report, I'll make a complaint. We’ve had to remove your signature.
