I got a email from Equifax today advising me a search has been added/deleted (using CapitalOnes credit watch thing) however I have not applied for anything in a while and I have used both my free reports so have to pay if I want to know who searched me... hmm0
-
No one may have searched you. It could just be an old search being removed from your file0
-
Oh, that might explain it. I believe a few Equifax searches are to be removed this month. 8 on Experian will be removed this month as well.0

I would wait until your credit history is at least 12 to 18 months to show future lenders that you can manage your commitments well. It also shows stability which lenders like. Also, double check you are on the electoral roll.0
