    Those lot took my £98 direct debit out today, I totally forgot that was due haha. Waiting for Natwest statement to be generated. And my rejection letter from Halifax hasn't got here yet, when it does I'll appeal it!

    Yea...Wizzy are you sure it's not personalised interest rates? E.g. if you go for a loan and are higher risk they'll charge you more? Not saying you are, but that's what it could be if they've assessed you as a higher band? :confused: Or maybe you have some charges etc that are being cleared before purchases? It depends on the rates for each of them and the payment hierarchy, if it pays off the lowest ones first (as my credit card does) then you get charged LOADS of interest that way (because the highest ones are never cleared until you pay in full)
