How does that one work out then? your balance is 4 x the amount of mine, yet your payment is only £20 more?

I have a habit of interrupting at the wrong time - usually culminating in premature completion of the task at hand or cessation of insertion at the point of contact :confused::confused:

figure that one out then! ;)

This is a copy of an email I have just sent Callcredit.

    Good Afternoon,

Further to reviewing my current callcredit report (via an external site) I can see that I once again have incorrect linked address and defaults!

Please review my previous correspondence and complaint relating to this.

I would like to remind callcredit that the only addresses I have lived at are

    1) 2 Anystreet

    2) 1 Anystreet

    My DOB is X

If I recall correctly the previous links were for another Innocent Guy whom had a difference DOB ( Please review complaint ref: x if needby)

Please provide me with the address for me to submit a Subject Access Request as I may pursue this matter through the small claims court as this incorrect information is SLANDEROUS!

I would also like as a courtesy a copy of my current credit report forwarded to my current address of 2 Anystreet.

I am aware that the information may have to be queried with the lenders however please refer back to the previous time this has occurred. I would like to remind you of the legal position you are in. It is your responsibility to ensure that all data you hold on your system is accurate and I am shocked that you have once again allowed this erroneous data to become attached to my credit files.

Please arrange for a member of your management team to contact me on X as a matter of urgency to discuss this matter.

I hope that Callcredit Plc make this matter as stress free as possible considering this error is not my fault.

    Kind Regards

    Innocent Guy.

I think that my internal score with my current accounts must be affected by the above? Surely these links will show on CAIS?

It's not slanderous as that is verbal. It is libellous if that. I would say it was more defamatory.

So basically this 'service charge' is the same as monthly interest?
