ive just signed up to Jacamo and it said i had a limit of 125
but i tried to order something and its asking for card details
is that normal or have they taken the credit away?0 -

They initially give you £125, but wont allow you to spend against it, they then do a credit check. Give it a few hours and log back in, if you have been accepted your credit limit will reappear :money: - took them about an hour to accept me with a fashion world account last week, but that was during the day.0 -

You should log out and clear cookies/cache etc - if it still asks for cards then they have removed the limit, the JD Williams lot all start with £125 (or a decline) and then it updates itself and it could have simply been removed meaning they declined you.
Try the above and see what happens.... :rolleyes:2010 - year of the troll
