You should log out and clear cookies/cache etc - if it still asks for cards then they have removed the limit, the JD Williams lot all start with £125 (or a decline) and then it updates itself and it could have simply been removed meaning they declined you.

Try the above and see what happens....

I thought you of all people would have known how Jacamo work mate....they put a credit limit up initially, then when you log out, it goes, until the credit check has been completed, then when you log in (few hours maybe) if you have been accepted the credit limit will reappear, it might even be more than the £125 :D

They initially give you £125, but wont allow you to spend against it, they then do a credit check. Give it a few hours and log back in, if you have been accepted your credit limit will reappear :money: - took them about an hour to accept me with a fashion world account last week, but that was during the day.

My JDW wouldn't let me buy something on credit for first day, think I managed to buy something the next day though. My limit is still only £125, maybe because they think I've got too much credit, or maybe it's because they haven't got my credit agreement until today, either way it doesn't matter I'll hardly use them lol

BTW does this show with credit reports what your limit is (like say credit cards)? Because my o2 says £0 @ 0 months, so they obviously don't report the pricing info (luckily for me because I'd get a lot more declines if they did!), was wondering whether JDW says your limit or not? I know Natwest don't show my overdraft limit, only how much of it I use....

Chap, JDW do report credit limits, as well as current balance. My T-Mobile also report last months balance. Also my Barclays account reports overdraft of £350. even though overdraft is £200 with £150 reserve fee

I never received a credit agreement to sign with JDW, Jacamo or Fashion World

I would say accept pending your ID. Does that make it undecided? I'm not sure :D

Just phoned Natwest to talk about the letter they sent.... They say I have to close down the existing account to open a new one. So I said yea I'd be happy to do that and they said no I have to close it, wait 8 () months and then apply for a new one, so I said can't you transfer it now and say right we'll open this and close this and it's all fine and they were like no that can't happen

Was thinking about sending customer relations my thoughts (got their email from another 2 complaints I made against them!), but they'll probably exercise their right to close my card/lower my limit if I do!
