Funny how life hits you with clumps of probs. This started around the time I found out my ex had cheated for almost the entire relationship with his supposed ex. Do you think we can request problems to be given to us one at a time, with some breathing space between
Thanks for tips on ebay, very helpful. Gonna print out and have a good read.

Urbs Sorry to hear about continued stress at work, ccould you do a temp job in a handbag shop or the like whilst you look for a career job or set up your business? Get out of that place because you can't play with your health. The thought of working in an abusive or threatening place would have me running. Weall like you to much to see anyone upsetting you.
We wished Miroslav happy B lots!! He got lots of cakes if I remember!!
Asa for Ofsted. What a pain. Done it 3 times. They notice all the wrong things and cause far too much stress. Diplays are not done because teachers are not supposed to do them like photocopying:rotfl: :rotfl: .
I want lots of chocolate and there is none here. Still exhausted but at least am trying to get work done.
The new house has damp and subsidence. Is somrthing trying to tell me something? OH is applying for a job in Yorkshire!! Not a bad idea. He will only be at home a little!!That was nasty!!
Love to all. I told you to take the sun. Far too tempting.

Evening all :j
Big hugs to urbs, nothing I can say to help but thinking of you.
Messy, that was the wrong car, if it was right you would have felt comfy in it so don't worry, leave it for a coupla months and you will find the right one.
Careful, I'm OK about Ofstead really, I know I'm bloody good at my job, kids love me, results are great and I got nominated for a teaching award this year! Still stressful especially with these new style inspections where we get short notice. We are a Maths and Computing college so as an ICT teacher high chance of being focus. I have some chocolate for you here CHOCOLATE CLICK ME! Nobdy seems to want it
Dreaming of a spa day now messy, bournmouth sounds like a nice place, Mum and Dad used to go there every year. Might like to come along with you.
Tomorrow is my 6th wedding anniversary so not really looking forward to that. There are 2 cards sat on the mantlepiece which I can't seem to throw in the bin. I also have a restaurant reservation I don't want to cancel. Mum apologised for sending hers! I am going to Bluewater tomorrow morning for the start of the John Lewis sale, not sure I want anything really just about going. May get Mum into Romford in the afternoon (I think it will be nice and empty from about 4pm onwards....) and induduge in the wonderful Boundary Mills shop with the cheap Radley bags and its close proximity to Starbucks. Mind you have now worked out how to make my own "Frappucino" the one I have right now is Gin and cranberry:beer:
Since telling Mum hubby was gone I have been feeling better about things, although he started texting last night after sexual favours. He knows damned well I find that hard, I will take it as a sub for love if I am feeling low and he was playing on that but picked the wrong night. The best things in life are NOT free - but they sure are cheaper with MSE!:j0 -
Just read 4 pages I think:cool:

I hte ironing too....you should see my Mountain of clean washing in the corner. I only use the washing machine/drier at night so it's always crumpled. My house is a pigstye.
Would love to go to a spa, but I'm far too poor. Can't remember what I did for my 30th....so obviously wasn't that exciting.
never even considered joining a book club. I have very particular tastes in reading just wouldn't slog through a lot of the real life kind of books that they tend to pick to read.
Love coffee, but can't afford SB. We have a senseo at home and get the pods from Lidl. Sainsburys do a box of (tate and lyle I think) syrups which I love I'm into Hazelnut, vanilla and Caramel myself. KP how about adding some creme de menthe to your coffee, not only do you get the mint flavour, but the little kick from the alcohol too.:D
Messy: have you every tried reading the Belgarion by David Eddings? It was my first venture into his books which I thoroughly enjoyed. Robin Hobbs the assassins apprentice trilogy is absolutely fantastic.
Urb's there is nothing worse than a bad working environment. I wish you lots of happy time very soon:A
Been busy working so haven't had time to be on lately.....find that everything falls to the wayside if I spend too much time on here.
Glad it's the weekend though.
Bit anxious ATM Aspy DS has gone to Skegness with his best mate and family. Ten days away without Me, his grandma or Grandad. Everybody cross their fingers for him. I truely hope it goes well. I'm sure it will and it'll be great experience for him. I hope his mate's family survive it.

Hmmm just looked and don't seem to have any, probably a good job - I make it in the morning to take to work! Might get a bottle and try it one evening. Gonna try some V expensive Peppermint essence I bought for baking......The best things in life are NOT free - but they sure are cheaper with MSE!:j0 -
You lot are no good for me. You talk of pampering, bags and Starbucks!! I feel like going in to London buying a new wardrobe (like these 3/4 length trousers) having lots of frothy expensive coffee, drinking Pimms by St Kathrines Dock, seeing a show, walking in the parks and then being taken out for a very tasty dinner by some interested, amusing man.
Instead I am considering getting up early to see the abandoned horse. She is in season so totally unpredictable. She believes I have left her not the OH. If I take her out I will feel bad for not working, if I don't I will feel bad to her and if I don't sleep loads I will be too tired to do anything.
Ah the old complaining CG!
Oh I am probably going to buy the house. I am awaiting advice from ye olde mortgage advisor but nothing as yet. Houses of this age always have these problems, just don't know whether it warrants a nice price reduction. The surveyor said if it falls down not to worry just buid another as it is such a lovely spot.
Bedtime my lovelies, welldone KP with ya award thanks for the link, will think of you when I buy my next supply. Good luck with the planning........lucky you (not) must do some for next week.
CG:rolleyes:"You can if you think you can."

:hello: Morning all
silly `o`clock for me again, work this morning and it looks like it`s going to be a schorcher(hot):D
zombie ds will be alright, they usually are when away from home,
cg does the house feel right,:D
kathryn thinking of you today its hard, dont give in on the sex front else it will set you back.:D
Bit short, hope it doesnt come across as to snappy
Love to all have a good weekend Messy.0 -
CG your idea of a nice day out sounds lovely but the horse will be more rewarding, I'm sure the grumpyness will wear off after a bit of attention. Work can wait, it'll still be there.
The house sounds great, something to throw yourself into. I keep dithering about moving but am too lazy to find anywhere with character that needs work. You could really make this place your own.
New wardrobes are overrated, I buy most of my clothes from a very cheap shop - being a larger size does restrict where you can buy but this cheap shop lets me buy more! I do have one pair of 3/4 length trousers which I love BUT (and it really is a big but) They need ironing after washing so wearing them often is a real chore- esp as I don't do ironing. Wore them yesterday and need to iron them again this morning. The best things in life are NOT free - but they sure are cheaper with MSE!:j0
