Think I've got my head straight now....... went out for a drink last night with a friend. She got me to talk about stuff and I've finally realised that it is OK to feel crap for a bit. I know people have been saying that and also posting on here, but for some reason I've been beating myself up about it. It also doesn't help to bottle everything up. I've basically got to chill out and what will be will be. I feel so much better now that I've managed to talk to someone. They are also going to put me in contact with someone that does life coaching.
Midlandsfairy - I'll let you know how it goes
Anyway I hope everyone else is having an ok day.

Have had a pretty good day today. It was DS's 14th Birthday. Took the day off as the kids were also off school.
We sat down to a fab lunch. His own choice - Fried Egg rolls with fried potatoes, washed down with some bucks fizz and home made chocolate cake for afters.
Yum Yum. He was pleased with his presents and all went well.
Spent the rerst of the day dashing around sorting out my Dads, Aunts and neices Birthdays presents."A banker is a fellow who lends you his umbrella when the sun is shining, but wants it back the minute it begins to rain." Mark Twain0 -

Not much changed here but then I'm working for the next few Fridays (normally my day off) so nothing exciting likely to happen either

I got yelled at really loudly yesterday by a work colleague that i am an ignorant cow
I have been assured by everyone that i haven't done anything wrong and didnt deserve it but i still feel awful. I havent spoken to the woman since and she hasnt been in my office today.
Hardly slept last night
why are some people so horrible sometimes?Last bet : 26th Oct 2006:j Debt free 25th Feb 2008:j Living "my" dream:T0 -
Arrggghh, not going good here. My 'move' has fallen through. Basically on the basis of a combination of it not being available when I want it, and also the fact that it really is ghastly!! It is really an old house with very traditional features but really it would drive me mad living there. It would put me off living alone full stop I think!
Added to that I think there has been a misunderstanding with a friend that I kind of feel helpless over. She said something that she says she does not really know if she means, want to convince her its alright but don't know if she is listening.
Sorry to moan, hope everyone else is having a better dayD'Oh!0 -
Sorry to hear that CC, there is just no working out some people and what they do and say!D'Oh!0

awh CC how awful? I know that the inclination is to internalise it and spent ages wondering what you've done. Don't!!
Even if you had done something to upset her. No-one has the right to talk to you like that. It really makes me very angry when people think that they have some right to scream and shout at other people. If she has a problem with you then she should approach you like an adult and discuss it.
I hope you can get it cleared up. Nothing worse than tension whether it be at work or at home."A banker is a fellow who lends you his umbrella when the sun is shining, but wants it back the minute it begins to rain." Mark Twain0 -
cc- sorry to hear about your problem at work... some people just are horrible with no rhyme or reason behind it.
At least you know it was not your fault. keep your chin up
Oh no Couttsy... move sounded like it was really progressing. Obviously wasn't the right one though, fingers crossed for something even better to come up. With even better Tv signal of course lol
I'm in Worcester Phillipa36, not too far from Pershore. Have only ventured over that way to do a PYO last summer though so far.
Zombiecazz.... I'm hungry now!!! Choc has gone because of lent (figured that was the only thing I'd ACTUALLY miss lol  ) but why is it that once you deny yourself just one thing, everything else becomes more appealing and I become starving!!! Trying to co-incide lent with a general healthy eating programme but  its hard!
There must be some other southerners to outnumber the scots? (am only a midlands fairy by geography only, am a south coast fairy at heart)
Back to work today after 5 days off and feeling suprisingly chirpy. very strange! Am going after work to pick up two guinea pigs so think the excitement from that is keeping me going
Postive vibes and hugs to allVery excited to be marrying my partner in crime for the last 7 years in September 2012 :jNo longer a midlandsfairy... back living in the sunny south!0
