Hi kp you have done the nice bit, now get ready to do the stroppy parent bit.
You can imagine whats being said in the staff room.
Takes a lot to get the statement in place you would expect them to know who has one!
Had a shift from hell last night. Took one of the boys with a group of others for their Mcd activity. On the way back (35 min journey) he was hell:eek: kicking, hitting, headbutting, spitting, trying to pinch, when we got back he carried on!!! by the end I was so  It took three members of staff to support him on the mini bus, I am covered in bruises!! If there was a trigger for the behaviour then fair enough, but there was`nt he had had his treat so thats it as far as he was concerned.
There are days when I so hate my job:mad: Is there a full moon due? A lot of the students are high as kites at the moment.
Moan over normal service will resume.:D
Love all Messy0 -
rose 07: Not taken any recent pics cos ive not been feeling that good - tired, sleepy, etc... strange feeling.

Hi all. sorry i havent been around lately.
Mum is in hospital with chest pains again. She's been in since she got back from spain yesterday morning (was in hospital while on holiday) They are doing an angiogram tomorrow.
Was meant to be taking her to see Will Young tomorrow for her birthday treat
She still wants me to go (to the point where she has ordered my dad to go with me if my friend cant  ) so am hoping a friend can get some time off work to come with me. Gutted. Wont be the same without her. We always go together. She is gutted too. we have 2nd row tickets
Dread to think how i'd be feeling without the "happy pills".Last bet : 26th Oct 2006:j Debt free 25th Feb 2008:j Living "my" dream:T0 -
(((((( hugs ))))))) cc hope mum gets better soon.
she would like you to enjoy concert and tell her all about it.0 -
Morning all.
Went to the concert last night. I managed to meet up with some girls from the willyoung forum and one of them bought mums tickets from me so i wasnt alone and we had dinner together etc.
As usual Will was fantastic. I just couldnt enjoy it though. Felt so wierd without my mum there. I came away thinking it was "ok". When i know really it would have been superb had she been there. Had lots of tears when he was singing our favourite songs. I just know she would had loved it so much. Our seats were so close to him*not so good when his sweat drips on you when he's dancing" lol
Going to go and see her this afternoon. I got some tour bits for her. and now i SOLD the ticket i can get her another birthday present.
Busy day for me today and then if its not raining doing a bootsale tomorrow.
I hope everyone is well and that this board is quiet because we are all busy

Hugs CC ~ Your Mum would have been far more upset if you'd missed it. At least you can tell her all about it. I hope she's well and out of hospital soon.

You swearing phillipa. Mentioning Christmas:eek:
Went out last night feeling slightly the worse for wear. Had a really good laugh getting a fireman carry around the pub:eek: Lost a shoe. Crashed on friends sofa. Why to kebabs taste wonderful when slightly [strike]very [/strike]drunk. Supposed to be going out tonight as well!!
Trying to wake up ready for work this afternoon, performance appraisal training this afternoon. They have set up a new system at work where all staff have to be appraised. Buisness manager designs forms chucks them at us and says go appraise your staff.
Have a good weekend

Appraisals.....in my opinion a waste of time:DObstacles are things a person sees when he takes his eyes off his goal.0 -

Thanks Tango.:D
None of us that have to be the appraiser want to do them.
Each person has to be met with once a term to go over their form and then set new targets.
What a waste of [STRIKE]bloody[/STRIKE] time.0
