Hi All. Mum is still in hospital which is why i havent been on for a while. She had a blood transfusion last week and is having some heart tests done today. finally!

Work is cack, i'm tired, head aches.....anyone know any good jokes?
Mum is so fed up and i've run out of ideas, she has puzzle books, magazines, handheld games, laptop to watch recorded corrie on, mp3 player bla bla

Hi CC sorry to hear Mum is still in hopital. It is really hard to think of anything more to suggest, perhaps catalogues? Then she could have a think about Christmas prezzies or suggest ideas for your new flat for you to save up for. Sorry No help really.:o Having you go regularly will be so good though but it is a real strain, my grandfather was in last year and I went daily. I didn't want to go but couldn't bear not to go. Loved being with him when I was there.
Sorry that work is bad too. You need someone to take you out and make you laugh. Comedy club? Katheirne Tate DVD? Is there one?

I am having a grotty day today, parents eve tonight - after 7pm I am loosing the will to live and talk jibberish but hey ho, will do my best. Between 4 and 7:30 I have a 10 min break everyone wants to see me.

Good luck for parents evening I always go way over time but then again get loads of no shows so i catch up! Hope you don't get those who take notes. I am sure it will be like meeting the fans though.

Thanks for starting this thread. I have spent so much time today reading all the posts and it is such a comfort to know that there are so many other people that feel lonely. Iit is the little things that I miss. Having a friend to go for a walk with or meet up with for a cup of coffee. I take a lot of comfort from many of the comments made by all of you.

I am so glad that this is a safe aplace where people feel happy to share with each other. I can't beleive we have lasted over 100 pages. I have opened up to you and probably told you more about myself and how I am feeling more than my so called friends. It shows that there is a niche for something in everyones life eh. God that sounds a little 'out there'.
