Nearly skipped on the way in to school this morning, was so happy to be back. :j :rotfl:

I had a great day, even though loads of problems cropped out.

OH being a !!!! over the financial settlement tonight, pushing and pushing for the money as he has a debt to pay. I spent an hour today ringing round solicitors to find one that could see me tomorrow. OH still doesn't think thats good enough as I can't say when he will have the money and refuse to give it to him without the paperwork. As per usual he threatend me with "I won't look after your son tomorrow" For once I pointed out that if he didn't I would not be going to the solicitors tomorrow!

When we are in the new house with Mum I won't be dependant on him to look after his own son for 1 day a week!:j :j :j

Back in the full swing of teaching - god it feel like never been away. Am finding year 3 a different kettle of fish. Have forgotten how young they are and how easily some of them cry - honestly I only asked him to draw a picture of himself and we had solid sobbing for 10 minutes with hyperventilation ( I felt like joining in )
Love the piccie mcl you have a real talent. The amount of times I try to capture action and miss it/ fail miserably!

Yeh that was the end of the tattoo - every year, they spend £350,000 on the fireworks and set them off to say thanks to every1 here lol.

the best way to capture the burst is to have your camera on a tripod - then set up with a wide angled lens, im not sure if you use P&S or SLR - i use SLR and the settings i used are
Jpeg Large Medium (though, you can shoot on raw/nef)

Shutter 2.5"
ISO 200
WB auto
Tripod - velbon

If you use P&S, if you can ajust the shutter, put it on slow shutter of about 2.5 so you can capture the burst from take off to the final burst - if you cant ajust the shutter speed then keep clicking the shutter and take more than 100 - i took 260 and got about 16 out of those that were of average quality

So good to know everyone else is back at work I had two weeks off and that was definitely not enough

I dont know what i am going to do to be honest. I feel very :eek: about the whole thing. Its the 1st anniversary of `it` saying thats it 17th Sept so very emotional about that.
I know should have moved on a bit more but hey love `it`. Sad arent I. :rolleyes:

Told him to f*** off when he said it.:eek: Said in a light hearted way but do have a killer drop dead look which I gave him.

Wanubs year 3 :eek: poor you. Early days though they will soon settle. (hopefully)
