LAPLAND UK - great offer!

So that's £10 to take a baby in who will barely understand what's going on (based on our daughter's experience) and then full price for an 18 month old? That's still practically a baby, I think our daughter (who's only 2 1/2) would be asleep after a few hours! I'm all for good experiences, but this thing only gets average reviews and charges more for a few hour experience than most holidays cost (book a Center Parcs place for 4 nights for the same price, they'll get more fun out of the swimming pool!).
I'm sure some people who go will love it, but by the sounds of it the experience does not justify the price!
Again, maybe this area is for Grabbits, not opinions! :rolleyes:0 -

It's a forum. People can offer opinons as and when they see fit - we don't need your permission - thanks "One day I realised that when you are lying in your grave, it's no good saying, "I was too shy, too frightened."
Because by then you've blown your chances. That's it."0 -
Not saying you need my permission - this is a Grabbit board - use a discussion thread!0

Thanks for posting this OP :T
There is no way I would pay to go to the other Lapland for just one day, this is a bit more realistic (price wise). This is probably the last " I believe" Christmas for eldest DS so last chance for that buzz:rolleyes:0 -
owww, i cant wait until my baby is older so I can take her£320 for a family of 5, not a chance
I dont think that is that unreasonable, if the iceskating and food is included? just think how much just going iceskating would cost for a family of 5Best Comp wins[/B]: , Holiday to Las Vegas worth £3K, £200 shoes, £130 ASOS voucher, £150 River Island Voucher, £100 Toni & Guy Voucher, £250 Red Letter Day Voucher, Holiday to NYC[/COLOR]0 -

Not that I'm going (it's to far away for me) just thought they might help.0 -
How fortuitous, we got back from here yesterday and it was AMAZING. I looked at reviews before I went and tore myself nearly inside out about spending that kind of money and was nervous about the whole thing. BUT it did not dissappoint infact it far exceeded our expecations. I am not going to put a review on here a its not the place but speaking as someone who is a dedicated money saver who can understand people questioning the money spent on this 'experience' I have to say it was worth every penny and our little 4 year old said it was the best day ever and surely that is what a trip to lapland (the real one or UK) is all about money saving or not.0
